Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that I have the right to decline any commissions that I deem to be too challenging or uncomfortable to illustrate.
I will be drawing in my own art style. If you do not like my art style, then kindly look for other artists that suits your taste.
Please provide enough references for the commission.
Waiting time may take a week or more. Please be patient with me <3
Commission durations may change based on my workload. In the unfortunate event that the commission takes longer than anticipated, I will notify the client and keep them informed. (Feel free to ask for updates)
Commission works are first come, first serve.
Commissions will be sent via Gmail and/or Google Drive.
Payment
Payments via GCash (local) or Paypal.
I will ask for a 50% down payment after the sketch has been approved by the client to ensure both parties' agreement. Should you decline, the commission will be forfeited.
The final payment must be done before I send the complete artwork.
I will only allow up to two revisions (after I have shown the sketch to the client offers a chance for revisions). Further requests for changes will incur additional fees.
Strictly no refunds while your commission is already being processed. Refunds are only applicable if only I can't finish your commission due to emergencies.
Please do not share any personal information discovered during the transaction process, thank you.
The commission's complexity will influence the pricing. This includes the following:
Additional characters (maximum of three).
NSFW artwork can be negotiated. The cost will exceed the standard cost.
Complex character design.
Commercial usage.
Intricate poses.
Urgent requests.

Unless I'm instructed otherwise, I have the right to upload the commissioned artworks on my social media.
I have the right to post personal artwork while doing your commission.
Additionally, as long as proper credit is given, the client is free to upload the completed artwork anywhere and use it as profile picture, banner, etc.
However, you are not permitted to resell any of the commissioned artwork to outside parties.
Lastly, you are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own. Be a trustworthy client and individual β‘

Extra features and body part will cost an additional $5 / 20 PHP. (negotiable depending on the size of extra features to add)
